Vickie has worked in oncology for over 25 years and has also worked in labor and delivery, ER, and medical/surgical units. She started in oncology when a day time position came available in the hospital. She was ready to work days rather than evening shifts. Now, Vickie can not imagine working in any other specialty. Vickie believes that Oncology Consultants makes a genuine effort to treat all patients with respect. OC tries to make each one feel important and she assists them with their individual needs. Her fellow nurses and all the wonderful people she has met through the years have made her job the greatest.
