Dr. Chandrakar's Departure

This letter is to inform you that Dr. V. Chandrakar’s last day with Oncology Consultants will be June 20th, 2024.

It is our top priority to continue to care for you in an efficient and compassionate way in a timely manner. With that in mind, Dr. Bhuvana Sagar and Dr. Mahran Shoukier are already available at our Cypress office. 

Please let us know your preference and we will be happy to schedule your appointment.

If you choose to transition your care elsewhere, we will send your records to your physician with your signed release of information.
