Important Notice to Our Patients
Community Health Choice (CHC) recently sent letters to some patients stating that their Oncology Consultants provider is no longer participating in their health plan. These letters were sent in error. The notices were mistakenly generated while CHC was updating provider information to reflect Oncology Consultants’ partnership with American Oncology Network (AON). Your Oncology Consultants provider remains in-network, and no action is required on your part. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or concern this may have caused. If you have questions, please contact your Oncology Consultants office.

Oncology Consultants is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) for positron emission tomography (PET), computed tomography (CT), and ultrasound.
Recognized as ASCO Certified. This new patient-centered cancer care certification program was created by the Association for Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and demonstrates that our practice has a strong and enduring commitment to measuring the quality of cancer care delivery and to meeting national standards in quality and safety.
Our practice has met requirements from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) which regulates all laboratory testing (except research) performed on humans in the U.S. through the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).
Accredited by the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) through APEx - Accreditation Program for Excellence®. APEx is an accreditation program developed by ASTRO that validates a radiation oncology facility’s excellence in delivering high-quality patient care.
